Halloween costume creation help!?
My halloween costume is going to be a creation of my called Super Glow-In-The-Dark Bubble Man. From what I've sketched, it comprises of a normal outfit (white t-shirt and jeans) adorned with numerous bubbles that glow in the dark, somewhat like Lady Gaga's bubble dress, but quite different still.. There already lies a few problems here...
First off, I have no idea where I can find plastic bubbles. They have to be about 6 1/2 inches tall in size, but they can be of assorted sizes. For a reference of exactly what I'm looking for, look up Lady Gaga's bubble outfit.
Secondly, I also don't know where I could possible find anything that glows in the dark. I've had some ideas, varying from using glow sticks inside to bubbles to taking the liquid out and putting it on the bubbles. Which do you think would work best??
For this costume, I need good, preferably cheap ways to get bubbles and make them glow in the dark while sticking to my clothes. I'm desperate! :S
