How to make priority circuit ?
I have assignment about making a queue system with 2 input (button) and output of 7segment display. i used nand gate in order to get the output. I have done until the queue system . But dunno how to do priority system.
The priority system will be : if 2 input are high (1) , the out put will show 1, after some time it will show 2.
Can some one give me idea bout making it??
Use a priority encoder chip like the 74LS147.
Use a BCD to 7 segment decoder chip like the SN74LS47.
You also need:
+5 & ground voltage source.
2 switches. 2 pull-up resistors (1 k) for the switches.
A 7 segment display.
A resistor to limit current through the display.
