How do I cut the center fold for a dress pattern?
I am using a pattern that has a panel that reads cut 1 on fold and then there is a line in the center of one edge that says center fold. Do i line this up to the fold of the fabric and only cut along that line or do I cut the whole edge along the fold?
Fold material right side togeather, lay as to match any design you need, Do not cut fold side. If in doubt about size use a practice cut out material. Arrows on pattern should go with grain direction. Grain runs the lenth of bolt, not width.
