what fabric store sells fold over elastic?
i'm looking for fold over elastic that is sold in fabric/craft stores. I've seen a lot online but I don't want to buy it online i'd rather buy it in a store. Does anyone know of any fabric stores that sell this, it's fold over elastic.
I could not find a store that sells this (JoAnn, Hancock, Hobby Lobby are my only resources). And chances are you will get a strange reaction if you ask.
