i want to be a witch or dark fairy for halloween so help.
Witches, dark fairies, anything gothic = corset.
Maybe not ideal for an 11 year old, but, you could wear a dark long-sleeved shirt underneath the corset. So you wouldn't show much skin, still get the hour-glass figure that looks great in this type of costumes. Or maybe black fishnet lace on top.
For corsets, cheaper than Hot Topic, I suggest Charlotte Russe. Those have plastic boning like Tripp's (means that bend easily unlike the steel boned corsets) but are less expensive and more stylish so you could re-use it on many other occasions.
