Flossing the Right Way
Flossing is one good way of cleaning your teeth. Aside from brushing, flossing is done to give the teeth enough protection against bacteria causing teeth problems and gum diseases. The use of floss can help you get rid of food particles that are stuck in between teeth which serve as breeding space for bacteria. The importance of flossing has been emphasized by dentists. In fact, floss is recommended to be included in your home teeth whitening kits.
Flossing is a discrete teeth whitener. The entire process of how it helps teeth achieve its luster the natural way is intricate because you need to understand certain points before it actually leads you to white color enhancement.
It begins with understanding that the teeth are naturally covered by a hard protective layer called enamel. The enamel surrounds the teeth and covers it against harm. As you floss, you take away the possible particle that will serve as area for bacteria to thrive. In case the food particle is not removed, bacteria build up slowly scraping off the enamel. A set of floss should be prepared because you can also make use of it when toothpicks are gone. As a teeth whitener, flossing should be done to improve, if not maintain, the natural white color of your teeth.

How can I keep my embroidery floss untangled?
I don't have thread bobbins and I just need to find an easy way to keep my thread organized
I used to have the same problem and then I found that winding them in to a circle and then tucking the end in and put them in a sorta of case kept them organized and tangle free
