Does a mirror get hot in the Sun?
I could probably test this myself, but it's dark out right now and I'm curious. I know reflective metal can get hot... i had an old car once with shiny bumpers that'd get hot as the dickens in summertime. Does glass behave in the same way?
Yes because the reflection is not perfect
if it was all the light energy would bounce back and there would be no heat
