How can I find more members for my Renaissance faire guild?
My small guild only works 3-4 faires a year. We are a medieval military guild and focus on combat re-enactment and training. What is a good way to increase interest and gain more members?
I'm part of a military guild for the renaissance.
I was actually recruited because my little brother was working with them. So I guess word of mouth is how we got all of the recruits.
On opening day we usually look for people who have no guild and recruit them.
Many people come back and visit because after we train people we give them certificates signed by the Queen.
