Master Seaming And A Few Other Techniques:
Almost all the sewing projects that will come your way involve seaming. Start with basic seem and then slowly progress to the more difficult steps. After some months you will discover that you can seam anything that comes your way.

Pressing as you sew is very important. Pressing and ironing are not identical.

Why Bravo TV Channel love people who sew?
All their tv shows are about people who sew. Sewing is boring and I don't care about stupid clothes. Clothes are the most boring goods out there. Why not a few shows about plumbers and have them compete for laying the prettiest pipelines? Geez add some variety. Sew sew sew, that's all they show show show.
I think Bravo is about displaying creativity. Yes, there are a lot of shows pertaining to fashion, but they also have Top Chef (cooking) and Top Design (interior design).
