SIMPLICITY in TRANSLATING Information is your KEY to SUCCESS
I've realized that a lot of entrepreneurs struggle when it comes to translating information to their audience, it's not because they don't have valuable information to pass on; it's because they make the information more complex than it needs to be.
Today I've written a SIMPLE Article to focus on this; this is so straightforward, however you'd be surprised at how many entrepreneurs miss the relevance of this.
Even though we are the experts, we get busy with conducting business from client to client, not realizing that each one comes with their own individual objectives and they each absorb information differently & at a different pace; therefore we must be vigilant in how we translate information to each person. Most times this will determine whether or not they fail or succeed after following the information you passed on.
This is what Strategic Entrepreneurship is about, it offers clients a flexibility in how they learn, we've all seen how some experts translate simple things into big & complex matters that cannot be digested by the average person, because of this THE MESSAGE GETS LOST. They use the biggest words instead of breaking it down to the basics. The bigger the word doesn't determine the importance or the relevance, and it also makes it a redundant effort if your message is lost.
Don't be the type of entrepreneur that operates a business in such a way that you lose your audience the minute they read your first paragraph, simply because they are just not getting what you are trying to get across!
People often do this, because they believe it makes them sound intelligent or important; that brings us back to the little 3 letter word that causes a lot of problems the ‘ego', it's not about you, it never was, it's about your audience and what service you have to offer & how you can provide a solution to their problem; ultimate, the success of your audience should be your main focus.
We've all been in a situation where someone explained something to us or we read something and even though the topic is great and you identify with a few facts, you still didn't get it, this is because it was presented with more complexity than it needed have.
Translating information as a Strategic Entrepreneur is about (2) very important things:
1. Breaking it up
2. Breaking it down
Put it in a language that even a child could understand. You will lose your audience if it takes too much effort to grasp the basic idea in your message.
Provide simplicity, after all, whenever you're learning something new – wouldn't you rather have the information broken down in bite-size pieces – which will enable you to decipher and immediately apply to your circumstance instead of having a manual full of complexities that has no meaning to you?
Translate your ideas & all your valuable information to your audience today, in the way that it will be well-received & well-appreciated by ‘breaking it up' & ‘breaking it down' and this will transform your business & you'll get the results you deserve!!

where can i find a diagram of how the deck belt goes back on properly of my Simplicity riding lawnmower ?
I am having a problem putting the belt back on the deck drive pulleys does not seem to fit properly, i have gone through 4 belts, started with the wrong sizes...now i have the proper size according to TS and not sure if i have ben putting it on properly actually. the lawn tractor was given to me and the belt was off of it so I never saw the actual correct way of doing this.
It is simple enough: you see the belt round the two blade (if three) pulleys, with the idler pulley being the tentsoner, so round the idler pulley then round the blade pulley, but you have to take the large spring off at the back or it will never go on.
