How to Get Rid of Uric Acid Pain in Your Big Toe Naturally
Uric acid pain in your big toe is really the agonizing pain you get from having gout in your big toe. The vast majority of cases of gout occur in the main joint of the big toe, but gout can appear in almost any joint in the body, including your ankles, knees, hands, fingers, elbow, etc.
Many folks refer to it as ‘uric acid' pain because they are aware that gout is caused by the formation of crystals in the joints and connective tissue (e.g. in your big toe). These can form when you have high uric acid levels in your bloodstream.
These gout crystals are needle-like in nature when seen through a microscope. Your body's defenses recognise them as ‘foreign' objects and a natural defence mechanism is set in motion, which produces the symptoms of gout such as, redness, inflammation, stiffness, swelling, heat, and unbearable pain.
You can get rid of the pain and other symptoms through medications prescribed by your doctor like NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), colchicines and /or corticosteroids. But gout sufferers are increasingly searching for more natural methods to get rid of their ‘uric acid' pain, because of the number of quite horrible side effects that drug-based medications have.
During an attack you have to start from the view that you have uric acid crystals in your big toe (for example), and, high uric acid levels in the blood. So you need to get rid of the crystals and reduce your acid levels. And you can do both using natural remedies for gout. Here are 3 simple tips on how to get rid of gout pain…
(1) Drink Water to Help Flush Uric Acid and Uric Acid Crystals From Your Body
Drink loads of water. Water is absolutely vital to your body's correct functioning. With a well-hydrated body you have a much better chance of getting rid of your gout, and, helping prevent gout.
By drinking plenty of water you are helping your body prevent uric acid crystal formation, plus, helping to flush gout crystals out of your body where they have formed.
You should drink a minimum of 12 x 8oz glasses of water every single day.
(2) Baking Soda Can Also Get Rid of Uric Acid Crystals From Your Body
Baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) is a very effective way to dissolve crystals and so help reduce the pain of a gout attack. And it can also increase uric acid solubility so that your kidneys can more easily expel excess acid out of your system.
To take, just add one half of a teaspoon of baking soda to eight ounces of water in a glass and stir well until the powder had completely dissolved. Drink a glass first thing in the morning, one every 2 to 4 hours during the day, then one last thing before bedtime. Do this daily until your symptoms have abated.
You need to stop putting salt on your food, and, change to a low sodium diet whilst taking this remedy, because of the high sodium levels already in baking soda. And if you have hypertension, you should consult your doctor before attempting this remedy.
(3) Cherries Can Lower Uric Acid, Reduce Inflammation and Relieve Pain
Cherries contain ‘anthocyanins' which have natural anti-inflammatory properties. So they are excellent during a gout attack. But research has also shown that they can actually lower uric acid levels in the blood.
Some researchers have suggested that eating 20 cherries every day is more or less the same as taking an NSAID. But there is still a variance in terms of the optimum to take per day. The Gout Remedy Report suggests the following; 30 to 40 cherries every 4 hours during a gout attack. If this is too much at each 'sitting' then you gout eat 8 to 10 each hour.
So there you have it, 3 simple ways to get rid of uric acid pain in your big toe, or any other joint for that matter! And I have personally used all three and found the combination to be very effective. See how you get on…
In the meantime, don't forget that you also need to work on prevention, as well as curing your present attack. This is vital because of the potential permanent damage to joints and possible kidney problems associated with frequent gout attacks over time. So you need to consider things like your diet, lifestyle, weight, family history, etc.

What are some bodily factors make a person more likely to enjoy a rollercoaster?
Such as weight, height, I don't know, toe length and hairiness? etc. I'm not asking about personal feelings toward rollercoasters, but physical conditions that make rollercoasters either more or less enjoyable (such as conditions that make one more likely to get migraines or have motion sickness from a coaster.) Serious and silly answers alike welcome, although I am honestly curious.
haha this reminds me. i jst went to the amusement park today and i think being around five feet to about 6 5" is a good height. unless ur really overweight being a little chubby wont hurt. i get dizzy reall easy but i can handle twists and upside down turns on coasters.
