my top 2 choices are as follows: 1. A halter top. It will take the slender form you create with the skirt and continue it on the top. pair it with a large bracelet or dramatic necklace. 2. A flowy top. This is the opposite of the halter because it will balance the bottom. Either one will work quite well.
