The Process of Making Inflatable Toys
Inflatable toys is a hot topic at home and abroad. Most of us are familiar with inflatable toys especially kids are always the hosts of these inflatable. No matter kids or adults have played inflatable toys again and again. However, few of us know the process of making inflatable toys. I was fortunate to visit an inflatable factory that I can introduce something new to you.
First, tailors need to cut raw material as the design. Scissors used to cut this inflatable material should be professional. It should be sharper, because this PVC material is stronger and tougher than norm textiles for clothes. It is usually PVC. Following, professional tailors should sew up carefully. Otherwise it can leak air, and then the inflatable toys are not qualified. Apart from quality, sewing is also crucial to the appearance. It takes about 24hours to finish a common inflatable toy. For larger size, much time needed, but how long it will take decided by the size of these inflatable toys.
After sewing, inflatable toys need to blow up with air blow to check out whether they are qualified or not. Toys that leak out air are not up to standard, and they need repairing.
Blowing up toys are not only to inspect these inflatable toys are qualified or not. More importantly, artists require painting cute cartoons on the toys. You must have notice that there are many lovely animals and creatures on the toys such as tiger, dog, cat, Christmas trees……It is a time-consuming and esthetic work. Whether these inflatable products such as slides, water pool are beautiful or not are decided by this process. Moreover, the material for painting is an important factor that will influence the durability of these inflatable toys. High quality paint can make the cartoons remain fresh and colorful for a long time. On the contrary, it will fade quickly. If this situation happens, customers will complain with it and these inflatable slides or bouncers will look ugly. As a result, kids will lose interests to them. Therefore, it is better to choose high quality paint for manufacturer. Quality is the best reputation for a company.
some of the inflatable products just look beautiful at the beginning. But after a time of using, especially when the inflatable toys are exposed to heavy rain or strong sun. the problems of fading is more seriously. Therefore, except demanding manufacturers supply with good quality products, customers need to protect their products from rain, sun and Acidic material.
Finish? NO, anther process still can not be ommission, it is necessary to pack as the customers' requirements. For some distant transportation, it need special package. For example, package must protect goods from rain. It can be concluded that packages must change according to different transports and distance. Otherwise, inflatable toys will be damaged.
It seems that the process is not complicated. However, any problems happen to any process can lead to fatal results. General speaking, double stitch, beautiful thread and high quality material is the most important factors for all the inflatable toys that need some special requirements.
