I have white spots on my teeth, what are they?

What is the best way to treat white spot?
I've been treating our tank for white spot as one of the female mollys developed it soon after we bought her about her 4 weeks ago she keeps getting reinfected each time worse but none of the other fish in the tank have been infected. What shall I do?
Raise your tank temperature to 86 degrees. This will stop the reproduction of the parasites and speed up the life cycle of it also. Wait a couple of weeks, and the infection should be eradicated. Although treating with an anti-parasitic medicine in conjunction with the temperature increase would not be a bad idea either.
This temperature will not harm your fish for this short period of time. Keeping up with weekly partial water changes of at least half using a gravel vacuum will remove parasites housed in the gravel, as well as remove waste products and lower your fish's stress level---thus, increasing their immune systems and helping your molly to overcome the disease much more quickly.
